3. Standard Terms & Conditions
The IOV has produced a reference document for its members to use, edit and adopt as a general statement of the member’s Terms & Conditions of engagement. Whilst this has been developed for general videography use, the IOV accepts no liability for any loss which might arise from the use of this document.
Members should make their clients aware of their Standard Terms & Conditions prior to accepting an order. These can be published on their website or supplied to clients with other documentation. It should always be accompanied by a formal contract . . .
